- Ad Excel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.
10. Termination

- Payments are not made on time.

11. No Guarantees
Digital marketing outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, user behavior, and platform algorithms. Ad Excel does not guarantee specific rankings, leads, sales, or revenue unless explicitly stated in writing.
12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Haryana, India.
